Founder, Jayco Wealth Management
Jennifer founded Jayco Wealth Management in 2014 after establishing Live Money Wise, a financial education service, in 2008. Her career began at Arthur Andersen’s tax practice and continued through leadership roles in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions at Fortune 100 companies, including GE and Southern Company.
She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting (tax concentration) from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude. She completed her CFP® certification through Northwestern University and maintains both CPA and CFP® certifications. She also helped establish and serves as a Board Member of the Atlanta non-profit Operation Feed, whose mission is to combat food insecurity for Atlanta Public Schools’ students and families.
Her passion project is educating young people about financial topics and making sure they are engaged in saving and investing from an early age. Her college- and high-school-aged sons encourage her to share that passion with others, as they feel like they’ve heard the term “Roth IRA” more times than they ever could have imagined.

Lee-Ora oversees the day-to-day operations at Jayco Wealth Management, ensuring the firm runs smoothly so Jennifer and the team can stay focused on clients. Before joining Jayco in 2022, she spent nearly eight years as Asset Services Manager with the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, supporting mixed-income community development, lending, and equitable resource distribution across Atlanta neighborhoods.
She holds a Master of Social Work from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia, and is a certified Asset Management Specialist through NeighborWorks America.
